Sickly

Unfortunately, 3 out of the 4 people in our house are getting sick. I am the only one so far that isn't having any symptoms. My husband has severe allergies, which he has passed on to both of the kids. Those allergies always seem to turn into sinus infections. Adam probably gets one every couple of months; luckily the kids don't get them as often. Anyway, don't know why I just shared all of that info, but the point was to tell you that the next several days in my house should be a lot of fun!

Parker has a bad habit of waking up EARLY in the morning and coming and climbing into our bed. Normally it's around 5:00, but it's no big deal because he just goes right back to sleep until about 7:00. So this morning he comes in, and bless his heart, he is SO snotty. He climbs into bed and is having a hard time breathing. I can tell he is having a hard time getting back to sleep because he is tossing and turning. Then I hear him tell Adam, "Daddy, my nose can't feel good".

How sad is that? It was one of those moments where although you feel so bad for them, you can't help but to smile, because it is so darn cute!

Please keep the Allen family in your prayers this week. I can already tell it's going to be a LONG one!
